Thank you for your interest in our Friends & Family Nights program. We have received all the requests we are able to accommodate for 2017. As a company that prides itself on working with and being a part of the community, we are not able to accept all of the hundreds of requests for Friends and Family night we receive.
The new timeline for applying for Friends & Family Nights for the 2018 calendar year is as follows: We are only accepting F&F Night requests from August 1, 2017 - October 31, 2017. After October 31, all requests will then be forwarded to the manager of requested property. They will review the requests and respond to all with their decision. If your organization meets all our eligibility requirements listed above, we encourage you to apply before October 31, 2017.
McMenamins will donate 50% of one Pub's nightly sales to the group or organization.
McMenamins donates gift cards to qualifying organizations, and cards can then be used as items in a fundraiser, auction and/or raffle. The McMenamins Gift Card is redeemable at any McMenamins location, and may be used toward food, beverages, overnight stays, spa treatments and more.

McMenamins donates private event space to eligible group or organization. Space is only available midweek during the day (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Those wishing to be considered for an event space donation must submit a request in writing to the sales office of the respective property. The letter must include your name and affiliation, what date or dates you are interested in and the donation requested.
Requests are reviewed periodically throughout the month – please allow a minimum of three weeks for a response.
