Robert Burns Scotch Dinner

Our annual celebration of the Scottish Bards birth and tasting a wide selection of Scotches, featuring Auchentoshan American Oak, Bowmore 12 year, Laphroaig 10 year, Bowmore 15 Year Darkest and Laphroaig Lore paired with a wonderful dinner from our team of chefs.

Menu:

Intro
Crostini with roasted mushroom tapenade, duck confit, herbed chevre and pickled shallot
Paired with Bowmore 15 Year Darkest

Appetizer
Maple glazed pork belly with creamy polenta
Paired with Laphroaig 10 Year

Soup
Pumpkin ginger soup with fried sage and brioche crouton
Paired with  Auchentoshan American Oak

Entrée
Braised beef short rib in jus lie with roasted root vegetables
Paired with  Laphroaig Lore

Dessert
Bannana bread pudding with caramel and vanilla ice cream
